This site was founded in 2005 by Adam Lee Becker. Rev. Becker is ordained and has served as a pastor of a couple of churches. . . He has a degree in Biblical Studies from the Moody Bible Institute of Chicago IL. which was founded by the great DL. Moody. He has also received training from Streams Ministries (John Paul Jacksons Ministry) in dreams and prophetic ministry and has been on prophetic teams with them doing ministry. As well as training through the local church and other prophetic ministers. Adam has been ordained by a number of churches and ministries. Adam Becker has nearly 20 years' experience giving personal prophecies and doing prophetic ministry. In his life Adam has done quite a few different things, he is a writer, author, poet, songwriter, musician, spiritual teacher and guide, dream interpreter, and healer. He has been a mail carrier for the post office, a hobby farmer, a motorcycle mechanic, pastor, owned a couple of thrift stores and other businesses, he had a real estate license, was a local firefighter, spiritual center director, web developer and entrepreneur. He loves riding his motorcycle on the country roads of his state and power sports as well as nature and spirituality. But most of all Adam loves God! Since the founding of this site we have served thousands of people. We have even advertised a few times in Charisma Magazine. Let me serve you and change your life. Adam Becker’s call as a prophet: I remember years back before I started the website I asked the prophet lady at our church what I was called to be and if I was called to be a prophet or not as I would have accurate visions for people and dreams and she said she couldn't tell me so that night I prayed to God and said God if I am really called to be a prophet people say that you have to have another prophet call you out and anoint you in front of everyone, so if I am truly called I ask that you do that Lord. I also ask for the anointing of Elisha the double portion. I asked that in childlike faith and four days later when I was in church on Sunday morning after the sermon the pastor said he felt in his spirit that the Lord wants to do something big here. So he said who ever can please stay after the service and pray in the spirit with me to see this through. So me and others stayed and while we were praying in the spirit the door of the church opened and this man came in and some people knew him from Idaho and said he was a prophet and my pastor called him up and said do you know what the Lord wants to do here and he said yes I do and he took over and started prophecying over people and last he called me up and said pastor this young man is called to be a prophet, he is called and I am letting everyone here know it. Now receive the mantle that was given to Elisha when Elijah was taken to heaven and he put his flannel coat over me and I went down under the spirit. God did just as I asked I couldn't believe it and he was like Elijah. I became friends with him for a little while. He said he just felt led to go up to my church at the last minute and no one knew he was coming and the people that knew him didn't like me and they had no time to point me out to him as I watched him from the moment he arrived. It was all totally God. I don't believe I have the anointing of Elisha or I would be doing miracles like parting the river and would be raising the dead. Maybe though the New Testament prophet Elisha don't do old testament miracles maybe they just do the prophetic. But God in his love answered my prayer and wanted to do something nice for me and show me that I was called. That's the loving God I met, He was always doing stuff like that for me. To this day I don't know what to make of the whole Elisha mantle thing but I know I am called and I had the man who did it write it down on paper as a testimony of what he did so I can always remember it. God is good. And a couple years later I felt led to start Elishaserves.com and Elisha Serves Ministries. And that’s why I called the ministry Elisha. 

A brief list of our beliefs are as follows.
 

We believe there is only one true God. 

We believe in the trinity and the Father, Son and Holy Spirit,

We believe the scriptures (entire Bible) to be authoritative and inspired

We believe in the Holy Spirit and His work of the gifts of the spirit, illumination, and sanctification

We believe that man is fallen by nature and needs a savior and that salvation can only come through Jesus Christ and His death and resurrection 

We believe there will be a new heaven and earth and in God's redeeming hope.

We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit and that we are to be continuously filled with the Holy Spirit and Gods presence.
